Step 1: Go to the Track Order Page

Click on Track Order from our website menu
OR visit:

 Step 2: Find Your Order Details

After placing your order, you will receive:

• An Order ID (Example: #1456)

• A confirmation email or WhatsApp message

You will need:

• Your Order ID

• The Email Address used while placing the order

Step 3: Enter Details

On the Track Order page:

1. Enter your Order ID

2. Enter your Email Address

3. Click the Track button

Step 4: View Tracking Information

You will see:

• Order status (Processing / Shipped / Delivered)

• Courier name (India Post / Professional Courier)

• Tracking number

Click the tracking number to see live courier updates.

 What Tracking Status Means

• Processing → We are preparing your order

• Shipped → Your order has been dispatched

• In Transit → Courier is delivering it

• Out for Delivery → You will receive it today

• Delivered → Package successfully delivered

Delivery Time

Orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days across India.
